The “Eat More Veggies Cook Club” is completely virtual. The club is designed as a group on facebook which means that once you join you’ll have access to all past posts including all past recipes and demos. Abigail E. Holistic posts recipes each week as well as demos at least twice a month. The group is catered to you so once you get to the group make sure to introduce yourself, your favorite food, any dietary restrictions, and what you hope to learn or gain from the group. For the most part all recipes are gluten and dairy free and a variety of paleo, keto, plant-based, international, whole 30, low fodmap, etc. This is a fun interactive group of individuals interested in bettering health and wellbeing with food.
